Maya is a 23-year-old from America with 970K Instagram followers.
Her dad is multi-millionaire Thomas J. Henry, a top lawyer in charge of a personal injury law firm based in Texas.
Her mum, who is separated from her dad, is named Azteca, and she also has an older brother — Thomas Henry Jr.
Maya’s £4million 15th birthday party included performances from Pitbull and Nick Jonas, and had a total of 400 guests.
How Maya and Liam met
The pair were first pictured together at a One Direction meet-and-greet when Maya was just 15.
Maya said they then met a couple of other times in Buffalo and Dallas.
It’s rumoured that it was her brother who put the two in touch in 2019.
Maya has said that she’s used to rubbing shoulders with celebs, and she’s often pictured with big names such as Justin Bieber.

In August 2020 it was reported that Liam and Maya had got “engaged”.

But in June 2021, he announced he had called off his engagement to the model.
He spoke about the split on Steven Barlett’s Diary of a CEO podcast.
Liam told the host: “I’ve just not been very good at relationships.
“And I know what my pattern of things is with relationships at this point.
“I’m just not very good at them so I just need to work on myself before I put myself on to somebody else.”
Later in March 2022, Liam confirmed to PEOPLE that the two were still engaged and had come out of Covid “stronger.”
“She’s still my fiancée,” he said alongside Henry in March 2022. “We’re still here together, and we’re very, very happy at the moment. Probably the happiest we’ve been.”
Two months later on May 23, 2022, reports emerged that the former couple had once again broken off their engagement.
A representative for Liam later confirmed the split.
PEOPLE also reported that Henry commented on a fan-made post of Liam with another woman.

Just two days before the heartbreaking incident, Maya instructed her legal team to send a cease and desist letter to the pop star accusing him of repeatedly contacting her and her loved ones.
In a statement to The Sun, a spokesperson said: “Maya Henry issued a cease and desist last week to Liam Payne following the emergence of new and concerning information.
“She has retained attorneys Marco Crawford and Daniel Cerna to represent her. At this time, that is her only comment on the matter.”
