Victoria Beckham’s ‘Easy’ Diet Revealed by BFF Eva Longoria

Victoria Beckham sticks to what she knows best when it comes to her dietary plans.

“She’s actually easy because we eat the same breakfast,” Beckham’s longtime friend Eva Longoria told the Daily Mail in an interview published on Thursday, October 31. “We both love egg whites and avocado. … She makes great egg whites and avocado.”

Beckham, 50, will later enjoy steamed fish and vegetables for dinner.

“She’s easy. It’s actually the opposite,” Longoria, 49, added. “She is actually easy, not difficult.”

The Beckhams love to spend time together in the kitchen — and they all have specific roles. “OK, so he’s been in the garden collecting the apples and now he’s preparing the crumble,” Victoria Beckham said via Instagram Story on Sunday, September 24 about her husband, David Beckham. “Making this for dinner: [an] apple and […]

Victoria’s diet previously caused friction with her husband of 25 years, David Beckham.

“Unfortunately, I’m married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years,” David joked during a February 2022 episode of the “Table 4” podcast. “Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, and steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.”

According to the retired soccer star, Victoria last stepped outside of her comfort zone during her pregnancies.

“The only time she’s probably ever shared something that’s been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper, and it was the most amazing thing,” David quipped. “It was one of my favorite evenings. I can’t remember what it was but I know she’s not eaten it since!”

David and Victoria share four children: Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 13. The fashion designer, however, doesn’t often cook for their family.

It’s been 25 years since David and Victoria Beckham said “I do” at the Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland. In that time, they welcomed four children — Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12 — became a global brand, weathered a cheating scandal and maintained equally successful careers — she as a Spice Girl […]

“Mummy, you can’t even make cereal,” Harper joked in a September 2023 social media video. “Well, you can make Chicken Kiev, but that comes from M&S [grocery store].”

Victoria understood and captioned her post, “I get it, I can’t cook!!!”

David has proved to be a force in the kitchen, which he’s passed down to Brooklyn, too.

“I started cooking during quarantine. I did it every day. Had a glass of wine [and] cooked for my fiancée,” Brooklyn told Vogue in December 2021, referring to now-wife Nicola Peltz Beckham. “I was cooking every day, just having fun with it [and] Nicola started videoing me, and I started posting it, and people started to really like it. And then I was like, you know what, I can actually make something out of this. I’ve never enjoyed doing something like this as much as I do.”

He added, “I just enjoy making people happy, so it’s the second thing I can do in my life, apart from spending time with [Nicola], that just takes me out of the world.”
