A single of Rishi Sunak’s close safety law enforcement officers has been suspended and arrested for allegedly inserting a bet on the election day.
The unnamed cop from the Met’s royalty and specialist safety command was taken into custody and bailed.
Scotland Garden was contacted by the Gambling Commission last Friday in excess of their investigation into alleged bets, the BBC documented.
He was then arrested on Monday on suspicion of misconduct in community place of work, while also currently being referred to the law enforcement watchdog. He has been suspended by the Achieved.
