However, her locks didn’t always look like this, and, taking to TikTok, she shared a picture of her hair looking thin and straggly.

“I’m about to share a little hair secret with you”, the mum of two said.

“If you want to take your hair to the next level, you need to be using a daily serum, and a weekly oil.”

Before applying a hair serum, make sure to wash and condition your hair thouroughly.

When your hair has dried a bit but is still damp, massage some of the serum into your hands and then, starting at the bottom, work it into your hair, avoiding the scalp.

You can pick up a hair serum from Boots for as little as £3.

Hair Oil

Rosemary oil is the most popular oil used for hair growth, and has been proven to stimulate hair growth.

To use it, dilute the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil, and then massage it into the scalp.

Leave the oil in for a few hours, and then wash it off in the shower.

Hair loss tips

We can lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day, according to the NHS.

It is not usually something to worry about, but occasional it can be a sign of a medical concern.

These include illness, stress, cancer treatment, weight loss and iron deficiency.

The NHS advises to book an appointment with your GP to see if you can get to the cause of it.

Experts at American Academy of Dermatology Association also recommend to eat healthy, limit curling irons and only use them for special occasions.

They also recommend using a gentle shampoo, and make use of leave-in conditioners.
