A MAN has been killed by his own XL Bully dog.
Police were called to Accrington, Lancashire, yesterday evening around 9.30pm by ambulance crews to reports of a dog attack.

David Daintree, 53, the owner of the animal, was confirmed to have died at the scene in Ashley Court.
Police used a firearm to kill the dog.
