Fury took some time out of his training to take a trip to Liverpool to watch Nick Ball stop Ronny Rios in Round 10 of their WBA featherweight fight.

Fury, 36, was brought into the TNT Sports panel to cover the headline fight and talk about his upcoming fight against Usyk.

Asked by Woods how he felt about fighting now he is older and wiser, Fury said: “I’ve always been a bad man my whole life.

“And I’m still one today at nearly 40 years old. Few years off 40, but still, I like to say that, it sounds more.

“However, I’m going to go in there with destroy mode.

“Last time I went to box him and I was being cautious. I was boxing the head right off him, let’s talk facts.

“Anyone can get caught as we’ve seen in a lot of these heavyweight fights.

“But this time I’m not going for a points decision. I’m going to knock a motherf***er out. I’m not even sure if you can say that on TNT.”

At this point Woods was forced to intervene live on air.

The TNT presenter said: “It might be past the watershed, but I probably do have to apologise for a couple of people watching if you’re offended by that.

“It is Tyson Fury though, so you might get a bit of that anyway.”

Fury then interjected: “I’ll apologise for my behaviour. If you don’t like it, change the channel!”

Woods added: “I thought there was going to be another one then!”

Usyk beat Fury on a split decision in May to add the WBC title to his collection in the first undisputed fight in 25 years.

Fury was also in Liverpool to watch his cousin Walter beat Dale Arrowsmith in their undercard bout to take his professional career to 2-0.

Earlier in the interview, Fury insisted he will be in much better shape for the second fight with Usyk.

He referenced the fact he will be free to prepare without having to protect the cut he suffered which postponed their first clash.

The Gypsy King insisted: “I’m ready to roll. I can come into the ring at 30 stone and do 15 rounds. I’m a natural at it.

“All I need is five or six weeks sparring – good sparring this time where I’ve not got a cut that’s going to open up.”
