Smith and Debra Jo Rupp star in That ‘90s Show as grandparents to Eric (Topher Grace) and Donna’s daughter, Leia (Callie Haverda). Prepon, 44, has a recurring function even though Grace guest stars on the spinoff. Numerous figures from the original series pop up through the to start with season.

To Smith, the notion to deliver That ‘70s Display back again in a spinoff appeared wise.
“When we concluded 70 Show, we did 200 episodes. And I considered that was the conclude. It just didn’t come about to me that there’d be any coming back again,” he said. “But then when they started out bringing displays back and redoing them, I thought, ‘well, they could do that with our demonstrate.’ It is straightforward, since Debra Jo and I are nevertheless about and performing.
