BRITIAN’S “most haunted house” is up for sale after leaving one owner traumatised.
Previous owner, Vanessa Mitchell, explained that whatever was possessing the house taunted her both physically and mentally.

Vanessa moved into the dwelling in 2005 but fled before it officially sold in 2020.
Now, it’s back on the market.
The house, also known as “The Cage” is based in Essex, in the village of St. Osyth.
It was once a prison for witches in medieval times.
One notable witch, Ursula Kemp, was housed there before her execution in 1582.
Kemp was accused of and supposedly confessed to using her witchcraft to kill and bring sickness to her neighbour.
She was tried and hanged.
While Vanessa lived in “The Cage”, she claimed she was physically attacked by spirits, haunted by ghouls and even pushed over while pregnant.
She also claimed she once watched as blood splatters started to appear on the walls.
In 2018, “The Cage” even featured in a Channel 4 documentary.
Vanessa, who also appeared in the documentary said: “The house is absolutely haunted, there’s no doubt in the world at all that this house is a very, very haunted house, it always has been.
“I know all of that, but I didn’t actually realise you could have such an active hostile haunting that would literally drive you mad or actually drive you to leave your own house like I did.
“It knew how scared I was getting and it didn’t stop and it became worse and worse, but it happened, it’s true, it happened.”

Now, the property could be yours for £250,000.
The house has had a revamp since being sold and the new owners – now selling the property, describe it as “a cosy and eccentric holiday let, offering promising returns on investment”.
It has two bedrooms, a bathroom plus a downstairs toilet, a living room, dining room and kitchen.
The Daily Star reported that the property website Rightmove saw the price of the house drop on June 17.
It’s currently being advertised by estate agents Lamb & Co.
