FORMER boxing champ Nigel Benn supported his daughter in court as her ex was charged with assaulting her.
He joined Sade Crowley-Benn, 37, who had her arm in a sling, for the pre-trial hearing.
Nigel, 60, and boxer son Conor, 28, watched from the public gallery as Stefan Joseph was ordered to stand trial on charges including four of causing ABH to Sade and two of GBH.
Joseph pleaded not guilty to assaults on her at a house in Dagenham, East London, last month.
The 34-year-old, of Southwark, South London, also denied assaulting a boy of 14.
It was not specified if it was related to the same incident.
Snaresbrook crown court bailed him ahead of a trial.
Born-again Christian Nigel, a world champ at both middleweight and super-middleweight in the 1990s, has previously told of his pride in “my beautiful daughter Sade”.
Nicknamed the Dark Destroyer, he fought arch-rival Chris Eubank twice, losing in 1990 before drawing a rematch three years later.
Their sons have continued the rivalry, with Conor — who has just had a suspension for a failed drugs test lifted — set to fight Chris Eubank Jr.
