Austin Butler is opening up about sharing tacos with his “hero” Robert De Niro and rapper Snoop Dogg.
The not likely trio took the net by storm in March when Snoop’s son Champ Medici shared images of the stars hanging out in a Malibu, California, house by way of Instagram. In one snap, they can all be witnessed posing for the digicam even though De Niro holds his pet doggy, Snoopy.
On Monday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Butler, 32, discussed that he was invited to hang out with De Niro, 80, and Snoop, 52, and jumped at the possibility.
“That was wild,” said the Elvis actor. “A mutual good friend stated, ‘Do you wanna appear in excess of to my household and have tacos with Snoop Dogg and Robert De Niro?’ and I dropped every little thing and I was there in a heartbeat.”
Host Jimmy Kimmel then questioned Butler if Snoop “offered you anything,” referring to the rapper’s notorious enjoy of weed.
“He experienced it there,” Butler responded. “I was so anxious to get way too higher and try to speak to my hero, Robert De Niro, so I refrained.”
The Bikeriders star then threw the question again to Kimmel, who stated he once got superior with Snoop on tv. “I was at Snoop’s residence. He experienced purchased hen — a ton of it. And I ate a great deal of it. He was looking at me and I overheard him say to his close friend, ‘My nephew done ate six pieces of chicken previously,’” the comedian recalled. “One of the excellent times of my daily life.”

Butler also shared that he obtained starstruck conference one more main Hollywood star: Meryl Streep.
Butler and Kimmel recalled previous looking at every other at a star-studded get together at Paul McCartney’s dwelling, exactly where Butler tried to operate up the courage to say hello to the three-time Oscar winner.

“I was anxious,” he explained. “I ended up kind of not having any one to converse to at a person stage so I went into Paul McCartney’s kitchen and I ate some of his vegan pizza … And then a friend came in excess of and explained, ‘Do you want me to introduce you?’ I could not feel I was meeting Meryl Streep with Paul McCartney’s vegan pizza in my mouth.”
“She was so sweet,” Butler extra.
