SPRIGHTLY Gordon Grenville-Hunt has celebrated his 104th birthday — putting his extensive lifetime down to a whole English every single day.

It was his breakfast of preference on his major working day — and he backed up his track record for getting a monster appetite with a lunch of fish and chips.
Gordon brushed off any worries about his cholesterol ranges by indicating: “I have a cooked breakfast each individual working day.
“It sets me up for the day. I could have a healthy fruit salad but I would under no circumstances think about everything else other than a full English.”
