WOMEN have ranked men’s penises and revealed what they find most satisfying – and what could lead them astray.
A survey of 1,400 women took into account their opinions and determined what size is best in the bedroom.
Research from sexual health website Bad Girls Bible, revealed more than two-thirds wouldn’t be fully satisfied if their partner’s penis was less than four inches.
And nine in 10 women said they would not be satisfied with a penis between one and three inches – a micropenis.
On the other end of the scale, anything over nine inches was considered too big by over 50 per cent of poll takers.
The main reason cited was pain, as larger members can be uncomfortable, cause bruising, bleeding or tearing.
The disparity in sizes saw four in 10 women admitting they would be more likely to be unfaithful if their man’s member was too small.
But, over half would be more likely to end a relationship if it was too large, or the man was selfish in bed.
Researchers determined the “Goldilocks” measurements were between six and eight inches when erect.
The team added: “We can clearly see that penis size matters a lot more to a woman’s pleasure for those in friends with benefits relationships when compared to a one night stand.”
The ultimate size was 7.2 inches while erect, according to the data, which satisfied 77 per cent of those surveyed.
However, the average UK penis size is between 5.1 and 5.5 inches long and 1.8 inches wide.
And length was not the only worry, with two-thirds of women also expressing the importance of width.
Women, on average, preferred a penis two inches wide.
The survey, which asked women over age 18, with the average age being 42, also took other factors into account such as foreplay when asking women to rank their satisfaction.
Meanwhile, for women who are diagnosed with vaginismus, a condition in which the vagina tightens when having sex, penetrative sex can be a no-go altogether.
Nearly four in 10 recorded that their partner did not engage in enough foreplay, while around 30 percent said he was too “sexually selfish”.
Taking everything into consideration, 44 per cent of women would let a man’s penis size affect whether or not they date them.
The wrong measurements may even tempt some women to cheat, according to the survey.
Four in 10 women admitted they would consider cheating on their partner with a small penis.
Meanwhile, nearly one-third felt the same way if their partner had a penis which was too large.
