Married surveyor wins £109k payout just after staying falsely accused of acquiring an affair with her boss

A MARRIED surveyor fired following staying falsely accused of acquiring an affair with her manager has received a £109,000 payout.

Debbie Jacka was humil­iated and distressed when explained to by Peter Ellicock about his jealous girlfriend Emma Rowson’s suspicions.

But the tribunal in Exeter awarded the payout, concluding he made an “intimidating, degrading, humiliating and offensive environment”.
