FOUR people have been sprayed by a substance sparking a major emergency service response – with a man arrested.
The alert was raised around 7.30pm yesterday following the incident in the Sutton Park area of Sutton Coldfield, near Birmingham.

Several police vehicles responded to the incident, including marked unmarked vehicles and armed officers.
The four people who were sprayed and treated by medics were said to have ‘relatively minor symptoms’. Two were taken to hospital.
A man in his 30s was detained by police.
