Jadon Sancho ‘close to Man Utd EXIT in shock swap transfer for PSG star as French giants also target Marcus Rashford’

JADON SANCHO is reportedly close to leaving Manchester United in a stunning swap deal for Paris Saint-Germain star Manuel Ugarte.

And he could even be joined by teammate Marcus Rashford, who is also being lined up by the French giants this summer.

Sancho is back in Erik ten Hag’s good books after making peace following last season’s incredible bust-up that saw him shipped back to Borussia Dortmund.

The winger is now hoping for a run in the first team as he seeks to regain his England spot back.

But the Independent claims Sancho’s United future is not as solid as it appears on the surface.

Instead, the wide-man is reportedly being used as a bargaining chip by United in talks to sign Uruguayan midfielder Ugarte.

It’s reckoned he’s already struck personal terms on a contract with the Red Devils.

But PSG’s £60million price-tag has so far kept United from making a bid.

And they are hoping Luis Enrique’s side are now prepared to take Sancho on loan, with an obligation to buy, to sweeten the deal.

The winger, who earns £250,000-a-week at Old Trafford, is supposedly keen on moving to France.

And it could open the door for PSG to let Ugarte move in the opposite direction, with their move for Sancho said to be close.

The report adds that United are even willing to discuss a deal for homegrown superstar Rashford, who has long been on PSG’s wish list.

He is reckoned to be one of their top targets to replace Kylian Mbappe.

But £300k-a-week Rashford may not be as eager on a move to Paris as Sancho, especially after losing his place in England’s squad for the Euros.

Any deals are unlikely to be completed in time for United’s first game of the new Premier League season.

The Red Devils host Fulham on Friday and could hand debuts to three new signings.

Striker Joshua Zirkzee, defender Matthijs de Ligt and full-back Noussair Mazraoui are all available for the clash.

But teen ace Leny Yoro is unavailable after picking up an injury that will rule him out for several weeks.
