Average penis size in the UK has grown 10% in JUST two years, new study finds

THE AVERAGE penis size in the UK has grown by almost a whopping 10 per cent in only two years, according to a new study.

Research shows men’s penises in Britain have shot up by 0.46 inches – making the new average a 5.63 inches while erect.

The new figures put the UK in 8th place for global rankings for growth and marks an 8.9 per cent increase.

Sadly though, Britain’s penises tent to fall into the “grower not a shower” category as we still rank at 60th place for overall size.

Our men were overtaken by the Sudanese – whose average length at full mast is more than an incredible 7 inches.

Venezuela also has an impressive claim to fame when it comes to their penis growth.

Men in the South American country have seen theirs increase on average by 1.42 inches in just two years.

Not all European countries were as lucky as Britain in the research findings.

Italian men have seen their penises shrink by a fifth – taking them to just under 5 inches on average.

Now Patient experts reviewed data by World Population Review on the average penis size by country for 2024 to come up with the figures.

Some involved the men self-reporting – causing a potential problem if they over exaggerated data about their own penises.

Research suggests that blokes tend to fudge their actual sizes, as they’re trying to attain unrealistic standards, so it’s best to take these averages with a pinch of salt.

It is not clear exactly why the UK average has increased by almost a tenth.

Dr Richard Viney, a urological surgeon at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, told Mail Online why we might be seeing the new numbers.

It could be that the data samples don’t provide a like-for-like comparison between 2022 and 2024.

Differing ages amongst those being surveyed can also affect the data.

Dr Viney said: “Men’s penises shorten as they get older (due to) increasing body fat and increasing prostate size drawing the penis back into the body.”

He also said weight loss – spurred in recent months by drugs like Ozempic – could be related.

“It’s possible there may be an Ozempic effect. As men lose weight, their penises appear larger.”
